Marcy is owner of Studio Ouray, a yoga and fitness studio. She has taught in the fitness industry

since 1991, is an accomplished group ex, yoga instructor and personal trainer, and earned her BA

in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She continues to improve with every CEC

to her empty nest and her husband.
